Carrion Mesa Ventures provides digital marketing services, including search engine optimization (SEO) and paid search advertising (SEM), on a per-campaign basis.
By purchasing services, you agree to the following refund and cancellation terms.
1. Payment Structure
All services are billed in advance for each individual campaign or “flight” of advertising.
A campaign is defined as a structured advertising initiative with a defined launch, budget, and management scope.
Payment is required prior to campaign setup and launch.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Work is considered commenced when any of the following occurs:
- Campaign strategy development begins
- Accounts are configured or modified
- Advertisements are created
- Campaigns are launched
- Advertising platforms begin delivery
Because campaign setup, strategic planning, and platform configurations require time and resources, refunds are not available after work has started.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel future services at any time prior to the start of a new campaign.
If a campaign has already been launched, cancellation will apply to future campaigns only.
Once a campaign flight has begun, it will continue through its planned duration unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
4. Advertising Spend
Advertising platform budgets (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) are separate from management fees and are subject to the policies of the respective advertising platforms.
Carrion Mesa Ventures is not responsible for refund policies of third-party advertising platforms.
